Why do exisiting customers need to re-register?
We've made some big changes to our website to help make buying from us faster and safer. We've added new ways to pay at the checkout and increased security so that you can be confident that your personal and financial details are secure. These changes mean that your old login details can no longer be used.
You'll need to re-register with us to continue to buy online, even if you've shopped with us before.
Don't worry, it's quick and easy
You'll only need to enter your details once, and afterwards you'll be able to log in as normal for future visits. We'll send you a confirmation email so you'll know when everything is set up. Please provide your GHP Customer Account Number when prompted (you'll find this at the top right of a recent delivery note or invoice).
Do I need to re-register before adding items to the basket?
No, you can dive right in and start shopping straight away. When you're finished, go to the checkout page and select the 'New Customer > Register Account' option and follow the registration process:
