We brought an online craft shop-Papermill Direct in 2015 & created a transport division- GHP Transport to provide backload services to customers.

Job Overview

As Digital Marketing and Content Creator you will be responsible for managing all social media platforms.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Managing all PMD social media platforms
  • Creating ongoing interesting content using Hootsuite to increase engagement
  • Replying to queries on social media
  • Working with companies to organise joint promotions and competitions
  • Uploading new products to PMD’s website
  • Taking pictures of new products and writing descriptions
  • Amending products on PMD’s website
  • Looking after all content on PMD’s website
  • Analysing online marketing and site traffic
  • Creating engaging content for blogs, features and press releases.
  • Maintaining a relevant and current understanding of social media trends
  • Editing and scheduling all blogs from the design team
  • Approving trade accounts on PMD’s website
  • Composing and tracking email campaigns
  • Replying to occasional customer service emails
  • Working with companies to implement and plan SEO content
  • Designing and creating marketing and promotional materials
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research
  • Working with PMD to achieve goals

Requirements

  • Good Spoken and written skills
  • Computer skills- Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft office
  • Strong critical thinking and decision making skills
  • Team working skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Knowledge of Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Google Analytics
  • GCSE English qualification B or higher
  • Excellent understanding of GDPR

Salary: £22,000.00 /year

Job Overview

As Production Planning Assistant you will be responsible for ensuring GHP has enough stock to fulfil orders.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Processing sales orders
  • Processing purchasing orders (sourcing consumables and ordering them)
  • Receiving in purchase orders
  • Stock taking in the warehouse
  • Creating and setting up the manufacturing works orders
  • Setting up new stock codes
  • Prioritising manufactured items for cutting
  • Dealing with council enquires
  • Updating the stock file
  • Running invoice reports
  • Liaising with transport
  • Helping in the cutting room
